Hello, the gasket under the glass of the tachometer has degraded and slumped down making contact with the needle stopping it from moving beyond 1200rpm. Does anyone know how to get in there and replace the gasket. Does the glass bezel unscrew or do you get in from the back? The tacho works fine up to the point it contacts the gasket so it seems a shame not to try and repair it. There is no hour meter and no sign of water ingress, we think its been caused by too much sun exposure!! Also if a replacement is required what measurement do you use? Is it the diameter of the mounting hole? Its on a 1990 Beneteau 38s5 with a 2003 28hp Volvo diesel. Thanks
