Volvo Penta TAMD 41 D Manual

Now I am truly embarrassed I have put D in the heading and B in the text...it is B that I am after....if you can still help I would be great full .

Hmm, been away too long, had to re register!

I know this is an old thread, but does anyone have the technical data manual referenced in the above manuals? Im in Antigua with nowhere to go so trying to rebuild a AQAD41a, but its a bit hard to guage the wear without the specs

Thanks for all the response.
Not sure about Montemar's link, its hosted by 247mediaz.com, which wants a credit card number for a free a/c.
I have found a part# 774176-0 but the only source Ive found is boatdiesel who want us$50 for a 12 month 2nd level membership to even verify its what I need. Given that it doesnt neccessarilrly apply to 41A series, they list AD31B, AD31D, AD31L, AD31P, D41B, D41L, KAD300-EDC, KAD32P, KAD42B, KAD42P, KAD43P, KAD44P-EDC, KAMD300-EDC, KAMD42B, KAMD42P, KAMD43P, KAMD44P-EDC, MD31A, TAMD31B, TAMD41B, TAMD41D, TAMD41H, TAMD41M, TAMD41P, TAMD42WJ, TMD31B, TMD31D, TMD31L, TMD41B, TMD41D, TMD41L, I'm reluctant.
Might be good, I douubt that volvo changed the crank bearing sizes, but the did change something on the crank in late production A series motors. I think its just the thrust washers becoming part of the central main bearing, but Im guessing

Well didnt find the specific data, but given most of the things I need to measure, crank, cam, bore are the same, I used this file.
I was going to upload, but told its too big. Happy to send the 40series tech data elsewhere if someone tells me where.

Now Im going to start another thread to see why I shouldnt fit 42 piston/liners to my 41. ( they are in stock the 41's at least a month away)
