Volvo penta md32 heat exchanger removal

Hello iam trying to get the heat exchanger off my Volvo md32, I've undone the bolts inside it below the thermostat and the two bolts just above the fuel filter but it still won't come away from the engine. I can't see what else is holding it. Anyone taken one off before?

Not taken one off before, but the parts diagram shows four water connections.
Small hose top and bottom at the cap end, which I'm assuming you've removed already.
But also two short pipes at the same end that go into the block - maybe these have become stuck?
