Has anybody any experience on how to replace an impeller please
Yes, I used to do mine. You need to take the bottom half of the leg off. I presume the boat is out of the water and the engine/leg is out of the boat, yes you have to take the engine out but this very easy.
Disconnect fuel pipe
Disconnect gear throttle
Take off pull start handle
Undo mounting bolts
Lift engine and retrieve clean rubber donut
Put engine on shoulder and climb down ladder very carefully
Put engine in boot drive home and undo Allen key bolts holding bottom half of leg on.
Impellor is on shaft same as small outboard
Slide off impellor and it new one
Reverse all of above
Sold my Pegasus 800 with MB2 50s 8 years ago so might be slightly wrong. If you are on East coast I am happy to come and help.

Yes, that's it, glad you corrected that one Vic. Sure the impellor was on shaft numbered 12 though but my memory is a bit pants![]()
