Hi,

I have a Volvo penta d9. The engine is running a pump, the revs are set at max 1500 rpm. Currently when the engine is under no load it will rev to 1500 but when it is under load it won’t go above 1150. Boost pressure showing 0 bar. I have replaced turbo. Checked all pipe work, replaced boost pressure sensor, engine is only under 40 percent load so it is not a pump problem. Machine starts and runs ok. Any ideas?

boost pressure is wrong, you should be seeing something on the instruments. Is the engine showing any fault codes?
Have you gone through all the connections etc?
