Fuel consumption of a diesel is a function of power used. Typical consumption of a 20hp is between 1.5 and 2 litres per hour at crusing revs of 2500-3000. Prop is irrelevant except efficiency will determine how far you travel in an hour. Sea state and wind also has an influence.
