Volvo Penta 41A smoking

Yes. I find it looks worse on humid days. You can improve it a bit with a thorough clean of the heat exchanger, but not a lot. Best advice i can give is don't look back 😁
So this smoke is considered as normal?

I am about selling the boat, and do not want to sell something bad / broken or in bad shape.

Yes my TAMD41 smokes a bit on startup when cold but it's only temporary until she's warmed up to 80deg operating temp. Underway the exhaust has a fairly constant emission of white wispy steam when cruising or WOT - been like that for my 7yrs of ownership.
I rydlymed the cooling system last year and the running temp dropped from upper 80s to low 80s but the steam out the back didn't change really.
It's just a natural side effect of engine cooling water being injected into hot exhaust gases I guess, it's bound to generate some steam.
It's normal for those engines. Grey or black smoke underway is not normal though.

I think its fairly white to grey. Its on new injectors, cause it was getting Black on the back of the boat, but not any more. Its not using water, and not any oil, so i would guess its ok then.

With that in mind it sounds/looks more steamy than smokey... The other points above about it dissipating quickly are a good indicator.
Also if it doesn't stink then probably more steam than unburnt fuel.

If you think that is 'Smoking alot', wait until you see twin Ford Sabres fire up in the cold🤣

Looks more like steam to me, we go out with a boat fitted with KAD44s and looks very similar to your video, I assume temperatures are reading OK.

Temps are 80c, WOT is creeping to 85-88.

But the back of the boat got black with soot, never done that the last 5y i have had the boat. Then i changed the injectors and made a tube for the exhaust to have it longer back.

Maybe i should just relax..
