Good news I found and fixed the leak, was on the injector.
Bad news! in neutral I can increase/decrease the revs, once I put it in gear (ahead or astern) the accelerator does not increase the revs, also if I put it in astern and low revs the engine eventually cuts out. I've found if I put the engine in gear and I then pull the stop handle around 90% out I get maximum revs, but once I decrease the revs I cant increase them again unless I do the pulling the stop handle out trick, anyone know what is going on?
