Volvo Penta 2002 oil through exhoust

My problem is greasy spot on the surface of the sea. I do not know if it is motor oil or fuel. Oil consumtion is very small - 0,7 l per 100 working hour. I use synthetic Shell Rimula R4L 15w-40.
Smoke from exhoust is not white or black, it is light brown. Do you have any opinion what is wrong?

Suspect that you may be indulging with synthetic oil though

Faulty injector, it's more than likely unburnt fuel or a partially blocked exhaust elbow a common problem on this engine.

yes, I use syntetic oil original volvo penta (vds-3 standard), that was recommended from volvo Penta retailer. Do you think that problem is in oil and is better switch to mimeral oil?

How is fuel in exhaust connected with blocked exhaoust elbow?
