Needed a part. Very specific to my 30 year old engines.

In stock and posted today for delivery tomorrow. £250 or so for a bit of metal and a seal plus delivery, but the fact that they are in stock and posted immediately - and so take a way a problem - makes it good value in my book.

I saw a small diesel seep under a racor bowl , traced it to where the WIF sensor goes on .Tweeked it up and became worse .
Reomoved the whole racor FG 900 to discover a spider crack hence the leak .
11 am phoned ASAP. £70 later / email confirms dispatch + tracking number .
Thought nothing of it .
Next morning out of curiosity went on the carriers tracking .......unbelievable.
Stanstead to Turin was in the early hrs , Turin to Genoa about 7 am , and now approx 9.30 am in Loano , Ligurian coast it was “ out for delivery scheduled for 11 am at the marina office .
10 to 11 i ambled over and it was there .
An hour later fitted ....off we went for a swim .

Guess if you think about it ..ASAP says it all .
