hellow out there
my 1975 volvo 36 hk. md 17c. has an "ms" gearbox. which started taking 60 secs before it engaged. i took a couple of shims out from the quadrent bolt but it was not enough. so i took out the gearbox and dismantled it. i can see there is wear on the reverse gear wheel lining. my question is. can i buy loose linings for glueing in?. or is it, "walking the plank" to the volvo agent for new gear wheels. just for the linings sake?.
best regards tony
