I got a problem with the cooling system, the water are going trough the gear
before they get to the engine ,but the gear is blocked and do not let water passing to the engine,

Do someone got an idea how to open the block in the gear,

Have you tried forcing water through the gearbox in the reverse direction. If you use a powerful enough water pressure it might force the blockage back out of the inlet.
