Volvo EVC twin helm neutral beep

We've got a twin engined boat, two years old, with two helm stations. Engines are shaft driven D4s with matched Volvo throttle controls, nothing fancy in terms of joystick or similar.

There is an option for a beep on neutral, which I can get working on the lower helm, but can't coax into life in upper helm despite having it selected for both engines.

As anyone come across something similar, or is this one for a Volvo dealer?

Have you gone into settings and then to the required setting on the upper helm?
