.... don't think you can use "light weight" and two stroke V8 DD's in here ... lightest V8 two stroke produces was about 1.5T (similar to my straight six's)... and yes they make some noise...but do not smoke when in tune.. :D

Just an update on this saga - Paul from Coastal Rides managed to source me a new pcu, so now she is back up & running. As soon as I plugged in the replacement, the port engine fired into life. All seems well at the moment, so keeping fingers crossed.

So, a very big thank you to Coastal Rides of Dover, and to David and his crew at RK Marine for all their help & support during what was one of the low points of boat ownership thus far.

Many thanks Keith - it was great to hear the throb of the engines again, their sound brought a big smile to my face!

As an aside, Jason is coming out Monday morning, regarding the EVC display. :-)
