Volvo D1-30F Impeller issues

I have a 2014 VP D1-30F with a 3593655 water pump
but am having trouble obtaining the right Impeller.
A couple I have bought have been too small for the shaft,
despite being the 'right' part number.
Can anyone with the same pump please let me know the correct
replacement part?

by the book but 'wrong' by the boat, too small for the shaft,
hence my enquiry, does anyone out there actually have the
same water pump as me, 3593655, or a VP engineer with experience of them?

I've got a 2014 D1-30 which presumably has the same pump, and I'll happily have a look at it this week. But, have you asked a VP dealer whether they can shed any light on your problem? This is a very common engine, and if there's a problem they would surely have encountered it.

Three or so years ago, I had the same problem with an after market impeller I bought from Keypart for my D1 30, too tight for the shaft, I emailed them about it and they sent A VP one which fitted okay.

Just a thought.
Some impellers have a metal centre from which the rubber can become detached.

Not got the centre out of an old impeller stuck on the shaft ???

Thank you all,
Apparently the D1-30F comes with two types of Water pump
and I have the least common type!
I have ordered a VP one at great expense and we will see when it arrives,
serves me right for being a cheapskate, won't stop me though!
No centre detached.
