Vitrifrigo Fridge

Hi all,
We have a Vitrifrigo Fridge (model C180-IXP4-DSV) which keeps fluctuating between the (set temperature of 3 degrees) and 5 degrees C. It does this about every 2 minutes. It will cycle on to get to 3 degrees. Cycle off when that temp is achieved, and then it creeps back up to 5 degrees in about two minutes. My research is pointing to either an aging Thermostat or the Thermistor.

Does anybody have experience with this issue, or any advice re: what direction to look at first (Thermostat or Thermistor)? It one the fridges that has the digital temperature read out.
As an aside if I increase the set temp to 4 degrees then it will fluctuate between 4 and 6 in case this provides any clues.

If the temperature is rising by two degrees in two minutes it looks as if the insulation is poor.
No idea why this is in bold

@crewman thanks for the note. I've checked the seals around the door and they are all tight so I think I've ruled out that being the culprit.

I think it is because you sorted on 2nd line. One of the strange current glitches
