Visitor Mooring Recommendation

My sister is a keen caravan'er based in West Sussex - can any one suggest a pleasant (yacht) mooring alongside a suitable caravan park where we could both indulge our preferred holiday passtimes?

The caravan site is the agent for the harbour moorings and storage at Penmarlam Quay across the river from Fowey

Mercury Marina on the Hamble is next to a caravan park.

Thanks for the suggestion but I am looking for someting a bit further east and with the caravan site adjacent to moorings.

I think there's a camp site and moorings at Rockley Park in Poole Harbour. Depth might be an issue, however.

You'd need bikes but Itchenor has visitors bouys and there are a couple of sites near the end of the lane and more down at the Witterings.
There are also touring sites near to Sparks on Hayling but she'd have to brave the A27 to get round there. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Cobnor Point, Chi Harbour by the Cobnor Activities Centre. There's a camping & caravan site within walking distance & you may be able to pick up a free mooring.
