Vigin questions.

I get my mobile from Vigin for what I think is a good deal, £10 for 300mins/month. They have now offered me web access on my mobile for 30p/day. There is a maximum usage of 25MB, which seems plenty to me. Is this a good deal? Given the right equipment, will I be able to connect with my laptop?
