looks like my kind of TV;

Wed Night BBC2

03/09/2003 22:00 Fast and Bonnie: William Fife and His Yachts
Duration: 30 mins

Documentary profiling boatbuilder William Fife III, whose yachts are a common sight on the shores of St Tropez and Monte Carlo, but are less well known in his home country of Scotland. The film reveals how this lack of recognition was rectified in the summer of 2003, when Fife yachts returned to the Clyde

Good one... thanks.

Read the book Fast and Bonnie when it came out. Saw the boats off Rothesay and saw one come out of the water in Largs. A treat.

I'll set and video AND watch.

Re: Where do you get your TV listings?

Try here:

<A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbctwo/listings/index.shtml?service_id=41532&DAY=today>http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbctwo/listings/index.shtml?service_id=41532&DAY=today</A>

Reception may be a bit poor in your area, but, hey - you chose to live there

Do you have Sky?

I haven't ever tried, but at the end of the entertainment listings there seem to be pages of regional programmes, it's quite possible that it will be available there.
