Vid of our Atlantic crossing found.

An old VHS tape was found with some footage of an Atlantic crossing in 1997 which has been transferred to digital.
The first bit is on the way to St Lucia, then the return leg via the Azores and Baiona with three of us on board from Bermuda. The picture quality is pretty poor but there's an encounter with a whale and my 30th Birthday Party.
A bit self indulgent perhaps, sorry.

We had some pretty bad weather, hence we diverted to Spain instead of coming straight back to the UK. Very difficult to capture on camera but there's a bit on the film where we're close to another yacht as the wind was starting to build which gives an idea of what is described as an Atlantic Swell.
