Anyone got an internal wiring diagram including thermal overload switch for a vetus 95 (or similar) bow thruster

You're making hard work of this. Look in the operating manual (the one I've already given you the link for). Go to pages 108, 109 and 111 and you should find everything you need.

Looking at page 109 posted by pvb item 12 is a thermal protection switch. so I don't understand why you wish to fit another.
