There are major works going on in Vasiliki. The outer mole is being extended - there is a starboard hand mark indicating the extent of the new ballast. Keep well clear of this as it appears that some of the new material may have been washed westward.

There is also dredging in progress outside the entrance to the inner harbour (hooray!). This will hopefully get rid of the sandbank that has been so troublesome over the past few years. Depths in the harbour appear no better, so follow the established wisdom and stay close to the inner mole.
