Using a Lowrance Elite-4 DSI with autopilot

I have an old Lowrance Elite-4 DSI, I'm curious if I can use this with a Raymarine ST1000 auto pilot (the GPS plotter does have NMEA 0183 connection)
If anyone has any idea on this, I'd really appreciate your feedback.

You should be able to send wavepoints to it using nmea 0183 or via seatalk converter

Looked at the manual (what there is of it) and the unit only seems to have a NMEA in connection, no output. You therefore cannot interface it with your autopilot.

Thanks for the research, that does explain why i could only find references to a GPS antenna as an attachment.
Probably time to upgrade as I've had it for 8 years.
