Does anyone know how to put that little picture on their user options page, because I have been sat here for about an hour looking through the help page's trying to do it.

If you look at the nav bar at the top of the page you'll see user options. Click on that and then go to edit profile. Click on that and near the bottom of the page you'll see a place where you can type in the url of the piccy you want to use. The piccy must be hosted somewhere on the net.
If on the otherhand you want to post a piccy in your posting then its all down to the markup tag things [image] url of piccy [/image] but leave out the spaces.

1, Go to my website (click on the link below, and, in the left menu column you will see a link to 'image how-to' which explains about images on the web.
2. If you're happy with that then go to the link 'Photo Gallery and Boaters Albums' and click on the Profile Pics thumbnail which will take you to an album where many here keep their profile pics. There is a helpfile to click on that will tell you the rest!
PS as youve chosen the handle Boater1 and you have a Princess 32 (as do I) I'm getting a little nervous....is this some sort of takeover bid?)

There is a nice chap called Boatone on this forum who will host your picture. Go to one of his posting and you will see a link to his web site.

Boatone will sort it for you - hes a nice guy but dont upset him /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
Be careful with the picture you choose - I suggest being really original and have a picture of your boat. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
