been out to the far east quitea lot recently, noticed loads of boats used by tourist boats have 2 or 3 big outboards. They get used every day and they didn't look especially new.
assuming a reasonable service history, what sort of service life should I expect to get out of 250 ish HP outboards. Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda
are we talking 100s of hours or 1000s of hours ? 5 - 10 years, 10 - 20 years?
