Friends want to accompany us on our summer trip we have planned from Marlow up towards Oxford. They don't have a boat. Any reputable companies that could be recommended for them to use?

Actually, there are so few operators now, the choice is very limited.
Benson used to have a small fleet of hire boats that didn't look too terrible.
Try them. It used to be called Benson Cruiser Station.

Benon Cruiser station have completely re-newed their boats and have some very fine looking craft.
