No, I was being very polite (for a change). I was admiring Seastoke's very shiny engine bay and his new led strip lights.
I can't be bothered polishing the outside of my boat because it just gets covered in carp again in 24 hours but I do appreciate a clean set of engines. My own engine bay is suitable clean (just in case VolvoPaul turns up) but not THAT clean.

Those engines are clean because they have about 1 hr on them.

It takes me , 2 hours per engine every 3 weeks .

Yes and no it’s a dyson vacuum , I use it to dry the glass cleaner , so no streaks , to clean under the engine I use the metre long pigs and check with long piece of plastic mirror. The next plan is to find away of using a go pro under the engine.

A Dyson was the first accessory I bought for the boat. I also got a flexible hose for it so I can now get into all the nooks and crannies

Spent a few unhappy hours antifouling today before the storm hits. Hoovering the engine bay sounds quite therapeutic by comparison...

You can’t hoover the engine bay with a dyson.

Artificial decking on swim platform and windscreen walk-through, may do the cockpit, not sure yet
Replace OEM rubbish engine vents for S/S ones
Victron invertor/charger with 2 x 200amp life4po batteries so we can actually use the boat when away from shore power
Cut/polish & new striping
New fenders/warps

Yes. I will run 2 x 200amp lithium and each engine has a 105amp wet cell starter battery.

MAy I ask what charger it is please as considering doing similar as saves space and weight - just wondering which charger / alternator does both kinds

Where are you getting the S/S vents from? The ones on our boat are horrible black plastic and really spoil the aesthetics of her.
