Well..... decisions have been made. We have decided on a 41/42ft with fly - the length depends on how toy squint at the tape measure. Deposits have changed hands, paperwork has been signed and we’re now just waiting for a sea trial and all being well just pay for it. Fingers crossed. Thanks all for your musing along the way, if anyone is interested I shall update as it comes along.

Swansea marina as it’s only 4miles from the house. We’ve been out 7 times in the last 22days which I can only put down to the fact that we live so close.

Well - exciting times. Little boat sold subject to survey and trial tomorrow - deposit taken and paperwork signed etc. Simply sea trail left on the new one now as she’s back in the water following new adobes, anti foul, hull polish, shafts and props cleaned and painted. It all looks like it might happen now

Survey done on little boat - apparently there was an issue with the bellows and I was asked to go 50/50 so that has been agreed to - only a few hundred beer tokens so the deal is done and off she goes to her new home.
