Update navionics query

I have a subscription to navionics and have the apps installed on my phone and tablet. They work fine except my chartplotter keeps telling me to update it. I've tried updating my sd cards through my laptop but can't, it keeps trying to get me to pay £115 for a new card. Can I not use my subscription I've already purchased on the chartplotter as well?
