Nimrod, the boat for sale, is at a full price, and I don't think that she has an inside steering position. Most do. I am restoring one at the moment. You will be surprised how much room there is on one, full standing headroom inside.
I have now sold my moody 36 and have a tomahawk 25 which is great but would like more room in the cockpit - so just thought I would throw the idea at you for any sugestions?
A tiller saves space when you are moored up but gets in the way when sailing (or seems like this to me) so any sensible ideas would be good.
Got a mondeo so what the hell would i need a vectra for??
and if i wanted a caravan it would have twin engines.

At the end of the day it is what you like that matters. It is all a matter of opinion, after all. Personally, perhaps because I usually sail single-handed, I find that it is a wheel that gets between me and the winches. I have also noted that very few smaller boats were produced with a wheel as standard. Again, IMO.
