I was under a bath at 13.00 hours, helping me mate who is a plumber!
Well, he has a bad back and couldn't squeeze in to the orofice!
So the phone goes
'Will ya take some peeps out, they wanna see the Strait an the Brigdes an stuff'

Imminently better than pulmbin I thought
So off I went.
Well.
First bod on board was a Chinese geezer
Then a Geordie hopped on
Next Guy was a Scouser!
I thought'Where the F did this lot come from'?
Then two Ladies from somewhere in Afrfica 'swatzuwenaaland' or somewhere:rolleyes:
Now I was getting a bit confused like
OH No!
Next a couple from New York an a Bod from Blaunau Ffestiniog.

'Oh sh*ite' I thought that's me ethnic jokes out the window!

Well, what a fun 2 hours.

It seems there is a kinda Convention/ Gathering of 'outward bound' types going on in the Area and these peeps were all in the same 'camp' as it were.

Well, what a Lark.
We did the usual Tourist gig
Local History, Menai Bridges etc etc etc

But try an explain to a Geordie a Scouser a Chinese etc etc what the heck all the 'stuff' is about
Well
Tiss hard enough talking to a Geordie on his own but throw 2 African ladies in an a bod from Blaenau Ffestiniog and believe Me it aint easy:rolleyes:

Scouser
'This is a Smart river mate' -- kinnel
Geordie
'Well AH kood come ear agin like'
The Portly African ladies
'Dis is a reel nice place Meester kawsakki, ees eat aalwaays diss ruff in da watter?'
Cinese guy
'Ho, fank you wery much , moss delightfull twip'

I tell you it was Magic
Everybody got on bloody marvelous
Quite a sobering experience hactually.

Oh, the couple from New York.
'Great trip, one heck of a place yer got here Son, yer wanna take my card, I gotta a real nice place in Manhattan yer call me sometime Eh'

I thought I saw a 'bulge' under His waiscoat, made me a bit wary
Could have been a wallet though:D

What a great two hours:cool:

Why can't the World be like this?

Remember this day forever:)

Oh!
The bod from Blaenau
'Diolch un Fawr -- Cont'
The Welshies will know what that means:)

In most cases the 'visitors', (apparently nobody likes being called a tourist anymore) are a pleasure to have aboard.
They are relaxed, on holiday and ready to absorb all the information you can throw at them.

Of course a different story for the passengers (usually locals) on night cruises with free flowing booze e.g. office christmas party and weddings.
