UKHO Notices to Mariners - problem with printing Colour Blocks

I'm updating my paper charts from the NMs on the UKHO website but nothing appears when i click the Colour Block links - is anyone else having this problem ?

No, I'm not having any problem but then I used the daily and weekly lists, not individual chart corrections (at https://www.admiralty.co.uk/maritime-safety-information/admiralty-notices-to-mariners ). I use those for 'my' weekly service on http://www.crossingthethamesestuary.com/page9.html so it only covers the defined area. Where are you seeing the Colour Block Links?

Hi - I'm accessing through NMWebSearch on the UKHO site - looking up amendments for each of my charts. The "link" may not be the right description - but if there is a "Block-Colour" or "Cautionary-Note-Magenta" it says just that in blue print - in past years (since 2002) when I click in the blue print the "Block-Colour" or "Cautionary-Note-Magenta" comes up on screen and I can print it. Currently I just get a grey screen. I have contacted UKHO and they have asked me to tell them which charts/NMs I am having problems with (they are as follows : 1864/4736-2017 2221/3899-2017 2383/3899-2017 2388/2323-2017 2798/3972-2017)

Umm. Just tried on the NMWebSearch picking a chart at random (Alexandria!) and the Block-colour is a live link to display the block - and displays it but not as a download. Trying to find another chart, the page won't refresh so I suspect it may have a couple of problems. I experienced a few problems in the weekly page and reporting it they were pleased to be told and quickly repaired it. I'll try to reload the page again and pick on one of your charts.

PS , it refreshed and I tried chart 1864. It worked and by right clicking gives the option to save it as a pdf. Perhaps it has been suffering problems. I know on my website hyperlinks can easily get lost and need to be reloaded.

I got to the bottom it - UKHO were very helpful and sent me a 7z file with the files the I couldn't access. It turns out that UKHO don't support Apple (all worked OK in the past) - all works OK on a PC.
