You see I've just obtained a second-hand 15hp and 'm really excited about it. It was on my mind....I'll just lay this shovel down here and step carefully away..............

I went through the Riviere Salee and tried in vain to clear in/out in the capital. I guess the French islands are a bit like that. When I wanted to clear from Martinique for Dominica the office in St Pierre was shut and I had to take a bus to Fort de France.

I know its off thread, but nice to reminice!

We cleared out in the marina and then anchored in a cut just off the town. Got up early and motored to bridge with about 10 mins to spare. Great trip.
