Try posting on here http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/ubbthreads.php in the BVI or Charter Boat review forums. Although the site is primarily about the Caribbean, the majority of the contributors are U.S.A. based sailors so you should get some good advice.

I fully agree regarding BoaterEd.

It is, in my opinion, far superior to ybw's PBO (that will get me excommunicated /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif) as does not seem so prone to attracting rubbish and uniformed "solutions" from peeps who actually don't know what the hell they are talking about. Has very good technical support from the moderators and this probably helps in that.

Not so much on sailboats (is very MoBo oriented) but much equipment, hull work, etc is the same, and no general discussion such as here Scuttlebutt.
