Re: CLass A Tartan Cleats

Nothing that need bother boys in blue. Welcome to this illustrious place!

No, these people take the annual berth fee in advance every year and it's a nonsense. Perhaps humour (though I take your point!) might persuade them otherwise?

That explains why you were never asked for a deposit - it came in after you left!

Re: To JW

The deposit was there for last year, my first year.

Now its gone, who was consulted?

I never received a Questionaire and would certainly have preferred a small deposit and pay on the day.

I would appreciate your comments on the viability of a full 12month rolling standing order/direct debit which would eliminate problems of renewals?

Re: To JW

Mike
Berth holder associations and the RYA were consulted. Also, our managers who are closest to our customers.
We have stopped questionaires as I received a fair amount of feedback that we have, in the past, surveyed people to death and then ignored their input!
I agree with you that a full 12 month rolling standing order/direct debit is worth a close look to ease the issue of renewals.
Feel free to give me a call on 023 8045 0209 if you would like to discuss further.
Regards, John Watson
