Two part question. Identify this boat and location

Memory plays tricks - just checked with the OS map, it's not Cruban but Balmeanach farm on Gribun. I think it's the area south of there, the Burg headland.

I thnk Sgeir has got it. Given there are no other boats in the shot suggests it's towards the end of the leg from Tobermory to Bunessan. The only clear headland down there is at the north of Loch Scridain. I haven't been that way too many times myself so couldn't say for sure.

I'm still here - never said I knew the answers though
I took approx 100 photos as we sailed round Mull, all I can say this was somewhere between Tobermory and Staffa. One bit of Scottish hillside looks like any other to me, just rocks, wet heather and sheep.
Navigation must have been ok - we didn't hit anything.
