TV reception

I have one of these that I put up when I need to. Just clamp it to the side rails. Gives great freeview reception 9 times out of 10 in most places. Would probably work better stuck on a tall pole, however.

A good few years ago, when I was a choir boy at St Paul's Church in Hillingdon, we used to open the big nave doors for the evening service and allow the setting sun to light up the alter and choir stalls. It would look bludy beautiful for a few minutes. And if we timed it right the shafts of orange light would make a few souls drop to their knees in awe! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yes I have one of those but it doesnt work correctly with 35ton of steel boat next to it. Before anyone talks about offset etc it varies so much depending on where I stand on the boat...........I just CBA

And as for using GPS, sadly I have a handheld on all the time when boating on inland waters set to display speed, so walking 60ft before I turn it off is no great problem.
