Are the televisions hard wired to invertors or on a plug? If a plug, can you plug something else in, and does that go off? Can you temporarily run the telecoms off 13a shore supply, and if so are they stable? Failing that, you need to check the output voltage of invertors during on and off phases. They may be overheating or indeed Phuket.
