I haven't been on the forum so regularly lately so forgive me if this has already been posted but this is a MUST for all yotties who have wondered what is must have been like to get caught up in the Tsunami.

There are some amazing pictures but do take the time to read all the text as well. It is amongst the most gripping and moving things I have ever read.

That is an incredible story. The story of the guy saving his wife, but having to turn his back on others is incredibly moving and is, god forbid, a decision that I hope never, ever to face.

There by the grace of god. the story by 'Ed Muesch' is indeed harrowing and as you say very moving. In the big picture I hope some good can come from this disaster; America using its power to do some good in the world. I live in hope.

This is very harrowing, and very movingly written. Had Mrs Nicho in tears, and me with very watery eyes (OK, I was weeping too). A complete nightmare, and they were some of the lucky ones.
