Tryng to remove mainsheet track

Because of the way the IYE "C" track on my Sadler 32 is recessed into the cockpit seats at the ends it would make the job of fitting end stops a lot easier if I could remove it. I'm concerned the screws might have non captive nuts on the otherside which is not accessible and could also be glassed in or at least held with adhesive
Any ideas?
