There are almost no facilities for yachts, you can berth to the port quay on one island (can t remember if s.Nicola or S.Domino) but you must leave as soon as the ferry - hydrofoil arrives, on the other "port" the depth is barely enough for a rib... There are some anchorages, but it is worth checking the natural reserve status, some of them may not be legally available.
Apart from wonderful diving, they can be interesting if you plan to cross to croatia to lastovo in constant company of lighthouses (if that matters anything), palagruza island is in the middle from tremiti to lastovo.

Pianosa is in a nature reserve and you're not allowed to land there.

I crossed from Vieste to Vis last August motoring in a flat calm right through
Palagruza islands.
If the northwesterly is blowing make for Lastovo which is a port of entry in the
summer.
The Croatian islands are wonderful cruising. And the paperwork is simple,
which is more than you can say for Greece these days.

Viz (as it were), simply present your passports and boat documents to the police and then to the harbourmaster's office, which will provide a document with a crew list and relieve you of some dosh. It takes just five minutes. You might some useful links via my site below.
