Travel and Medical Insurance

My partner and I will hopefully be sailing our yacht around the Med, Canaries and North Africa for the next year, living aboard. We live in the UK and will remain having UK residency. The boat is a 45-foot Beneteau Oceanis (2015).
What medical/travel insurance companies can people recommend? Also any good yacht insurance companies would be appreciated, thanks!

I used Bishop Skinner when I was a liveaboard in the Med. That covered all the normal boat insurance issues, with an extra premium in respect of extra personal effects.
We self insured for medical and paid to go private when necessary. We were lucky that we had enough to pay for the cancer treatment!

Following. We need cover for the US. Last year we were with the AA using a basic policy designed for backpackers. £700 for the three of us. Now no longer available, and the next cheapest we can find is more than double that.
