Transferring waypoints - Garmin to Standard Horizon

I have a Garmin152 GPS with lots of stored waypoints. Does anyone know of a way that I can copy these onto a Standard Horizon CP300? Happy to go via a PC but how?

there is a common interchange file format - I believe it is gpx but I am sure that the www would tell you. Then you have to find a way opf uploading and downloading. I came to the conclusion that it would be easier to type them all in.

I've given up using stored wp's. I move the cursor to the position that would be a wp and use goto cursor.
'course you also have the option of storing it as a wp and editing it to be the same co-ords as those written in your little red book

The GPSU utility will do it. You may need to beg borrow steal or even buy cables.

The freebie version only lets you copy over a limited number at each pass 99 or something like that.
