Transfer a boat by road cost?

Transport by road should be no more than £1500. You will have to remove stuff from the radar arch plus the props, then replace, so circa £2000 for the whole job.

Using the path measuring tool on Google Earth gives a distance of approximately 660 statute miles! Perhaps there is a shortcut across country via navigable rivers and canals? If so you could cut this down to about 250 miles, but it would take a lot longer!

I used Netpas Distance to get 580 NM.

The only short cut I'd consider would be this one:

Logically it's a road trip
But if you wan't I could guide you through the Place pictiured and fom The Pool to Pwllheli then it tiis down to Milford day two and then to Plymouth day 3 qand then onwards
You would learn a lot about yourself and your vessel but my gut feeling is as omega2 says -'let the lorry do the strain'

we got ours from essex to conwy under a grand 2 yrs ago 36 ft fly pluss lifts but i advise to be there when lifts are done
