Headroom is limited, but a lovely boat to sail.

There used to be one in our local racing scene, they are not slow! Probably towards the bigger/heavier end of the OP's requirements.

I do like ETAPs and Parker 235

If your budget was higher, I was going to suggest looking at the Vigo 21

Three guy I knew sailed all around the west coast single handed on his, often with a large collie aboard. But he did trade up to a bigger boat, and there was a reason for that...
