Let’s say you have a boat......9.5m long and 3.14m wide on an American 3 axle trailer.

can you tow it on the road with a tractor?

No, American trailers are not legal on UK roads due to not having all axles braked. Unless yours has been altered.

thanks for that...I think all the axles have disc brakes but are not hydraulic/air fed. Just the normal inertia jobs.

You won’t fit all them dogs in a tractor, swimbo can come with me , on seastar

Not sure about the length, but the width is going to be a problem, legally speaking. Just one of many things you'll need to check.
