Torqueedo better than a light two stroke for putting in the locker - each of the 3 parts come apart in seconds and is light enough for one handed and even better - no oil or smells at all so we put ours on a made up bed in the cabin sometimes without worrying.

However I still doubt it is powerful enough against a current or chop - fine for my 3m rib and fine I'm sure for close quarter slow speed manoeuvring in a 17 or 19 but to trudge all the way up a harbour or get in from the sea in a chop?
