Torqeedo Remote Throttle Display not turning on

Hi everyone,

I've got a weird problem here. I recently purchased a Torqeedo power 24-3500 battery with a cruise 2.0 outboard for a small boat setup. Upon startup I connected the motor to the battery and the battery to my remote throttle and was able to see battery capacity, power consumption (at the time none, since I was testing on land) and everything else. The next day I did the same routine and powered everything on with the remote throttle and seemed to be able to turn the battery on (I checked with a voltmeter) but the display on the throttle wouldn't turn on. For about a week now I've been checking connections and also bought a new throttle thinking that the first broke, and the display still isn't turning on. I'm not sure what went wrong or how to fix it.

I’d suggest taking it back to manufacture if not that old, should be a warranty fix, plus I imagine if you get the work carried out but anyone, they’ll void the warranty should you have to claim for anything down the line.
