Tomos 4HP

Hi All, I have an old 4HP Tomos outboard that's perfectly serviceable. But, some nice s..t stole the fuel tank. The problem is that the fuel connector seems to be unique & no longer available. Ive checked around the obvious sources & nothing found.

Anyone know where I can get one to convert a new tank. Second option is to convert the motor with a new connector. Anyone done this?

Easy.......just attach the fuel line directly onto the male fuel connector and secure with a jubilee clip

You could try Seapage 01929551406 at Wareham BH20 5AR . I bought spares for my Tomas from them some years back.

Yes, easy to convert to new connector. Main problem with an old Tomos will be getting it to start when hot - most of them have a problem in this respect.
