You've had great weather, no scorching sun, which has been hellish here in the Stockholm archipelago. Toxic algae makes it risky to cool off in the water.
Nice photos /video asm always thanks Nigel. Maybe a bit more tension on the main halyard as there seems to be some load on the bottom slug.
I see you have running back stays. All good for long ocean legs. The mast pumping might be helped by having check stays. ie an adjustable line from middle of running back stay to middle of mast. Typically a small 3 or 4 purchase tackle with cleat built in to sheave. Left permanently adjusted.
I also note you have a flattening reef eyelet on the clew of main sail. This could be used I would thinkin stronger winds to flatten main sail. You could in fact set the outhaul (non adjustable) for light winds and use outhaul tackle for flattening reef. Use then a cunningham tackle to pull down the eyelet just above normal tack eyelet to get extra luff tension. All just thoughts that came to me while watching. Well done .
